After giving in to my ego’s urge to post the message below on Facebook, the above video popped up on my phone.
“Bed for 10 hours. Wake up eat and go to the farmers market. Take a nap, drink coffee, water plants. Take a nap. Eat food, drink coffee and write. Take a nap. I know judgement creates suffering but GEEZ I’m sure being tested in the ACCEPT & ALLOW department!!!!!! To adapt a Byron Katie quote ‘who’s to say taking naps all day with an inflamed Buddha belly is not what I’m meant to be doing?’ This here is practicing the proverbs and paradoxes you read about! Sometimes I really hate growth & learning & patience. 😜 💞 😳”
No matter what happens I will stop creating pain for myself. I will create no more problems. Am I truly done with suffering? Can I truly access the NOW? Yes & yes. Please forgive me as I must forgive myself when I have “human” moments along the way. 😉🙏💗
For now, I think the practical action in the now is to have my tummy further evaluated. It’s not a problem; just a situation. Decision made; back to the present moment.
Update: on a physical level it could be Herxheimers Reaction as a result of actions to icrease my hydration by getting trace minerals, magnesium etc. into my cells. I will keep you posted. In the meantime, feel free to share your experiences and wisdom. 💗
